Tomorrow, December 8th, is apparently National Brownie Day!! A perfect day to try these simple, dark chocolate zucchini brownies!

At first I was hesitant. I thought this would be one of those times where the recipe looks delicious on Pinterest, but tastes like grass clippings. Not this time!!dark chocolate paleo brownies. These brownies are so delicious! They are even husband approved.
Flourless, Paleo, dairy-free, gluten free, and so rich! I can’t believe how simple they are to make, also! 

To make these brownies vegan, swap out the egg for a flax egg and ta-da!

Enjoy![wpurp-searchable-recipe]Dark Chocolate Zucchini Brownies – These flourless, paleo brownies are moist and so delicious! – Dark Chocolate Brownies: almond butter, grated zucchini (about 1 large or 2 small), Maple Syrup, egg, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, dairy-free chocolate chips, Fudge Sauce: coconut oil melted, Maple Syrup, dark cocoa powder, Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 9×9 pan with cooking spray; Combine all brownie ingredients together in a large bowl and spread in pan; Bake for 30 minutes or until done and let cool.; For the Fudge Glaze: combine all ingredients together and mix well, pour over brownies and let sit in the fridge until hardened; – [/wpurp-searchable-recipe]
