If I am being completely honest, I finished my Christmas shopping a couple weeks ago, with the exception of a couple gift cards I need to grab. As a busy Mom, I acknowledge well ahead of time the anxiety Christmas shopping last minute can bring me. I also wanted to be sure that my schedule was cleared so we could enjoy family time together as the Christmas Holiday got closer.
If you are anything like me, you also take advantage of this time of year and grab a couple gifts for yourself, too! I have put together a list of my favorite gifts for the busy Momma and her little ones, this Christmas season! So whether you are looking for a couple gifts to call your own or you are shopping for your best friend, I am hoping this list gives you inspiration for your gift giving magic!

- Instant Pot: If you have been following me on Instagram, you know that my Instant Pot is my go to favorite right now as a busy mom! I purchased an 8 qt so I could be sure to have extra room for cooking large batches of food for our family! My favorite part about the Instant Pot is that it allows me to multi-task, without feeling like like I have several different burners to watch on the stove.
The other night I made Chicken Tortilla Soup from the Instant Loss Cookbook. After I got all the ingredients in, I was able to put my little one down for bed while dinner cooked. This kitchen gadget is WELL WORTH the price tag and I honestly think either the 6 quart or 8 quart will serve any family perfectly!
- Instant Loss Cookbook by Brittany Williams: Man, if you haven’t checked out Instant Loss, you most certainly need to! Brittany has lost 125 in through healthy eating and whole foods. Just eat real foods is her motto and her cookbook has so many delicious, quick recipes! Her cookbook has recipes for both the Instant Pot and other methods of cooking!
- John Frieda Hot Air Brush, 1 1/2 inch: Momma, you need to get yourself this hot air brush! First of all, I have NEVER been handy with a round brush, but love the volume a round bush gives. Enter the hot air round brush. This took saves me so much time in the morning when I am getting ready and styling my hair. I allow my hair to air dry while I put on my makeup or I use a standard blow dryer to get it mostly dry, if I am a big hurry. Then I use my hot air bush to round brush sections of my hair, especially at the roots.
This John Frida air brush has helped me tame those crazy postpartum flyaway, baby hairs around my face and it helps me style my hair in a fraction of the time, without fumbling with the blowdryer and a round brush. I have never been good at that anyways! Every busy Momma needs this tool in her tool box!

I finish a workout in the time it would take me to load up the car, drive to and get settled at the gym! I can do my workouts while the baby is sleeping or while he eats his breakfast in the morning. Let’s be honest, while I love toys and clothes for my little one, I also enjoy the practical gifts that we receive or purchase for him. Here are some of my favorites that have made their way on to our list as favorites.
- Bumkins Sleeved Bibs: Hands down these are the most amazing bibs EVER!!! First, I love the smock style bib that has long sleeves to keep my little one as clean as possible. The sleeved bib allows him to explore his food and feed himself, without completely destroying his clothes underneath. The best part is they are machine washable and so easy to clean.
- NurtureMe Yum-a-Roos Organic Snacks: While I would love to tell you that I have time to make all of my son’s food from scratch, in our home, I don’t. Finding a product I could purchase was a little challenging, especially because I wanted something that DIDN’T have added sugar.
My friend found these amazing, organic freeze dried fruit and veggie snacks by NurtureMe! They work perfectly on the go in a little snack cup and they allow my little one to snack on something, without the added mess of squished banana or mushy pears! I keep a bag in the car and in his diaper bag for when we are out!
- Baby Bodysuit/Onesie Extenders: Okay, so maybe this sounds like such a weird gift, but hear me out. Baby clothes for some reason don’t come pre-shrunk. So many times I have gone to put something on my little one and it fits perfectly on top, but i struggle to get it snapped at the bottom. OR he ends up having a V-neck shirt because it is tugging so much to stay snapped. Instead of retiring some of our favorite onesies, I add a bodysuit extender at the bottom to give us a couple inches more of fabric to snap! These have saved the day so many times!
- Banana Baby Infant Training Toothbrush: This little toothbrush allows us to brush my little one’s teeth without all the hassle of a big handled toothbrush. He chews on the training toothbrush like a teether and it helps brush those little shark teeth easily!

I would love an instant pot! I just recently found about onesie extenders! Those would have been nice to have when my daughter was younger so she could wear the same ones longer. Now I prefer to put shirts and pants on her.
It really is time for me to get an Instant Pot. I think I am the only one in my circle of friends that doesn’t have one already.
