Errands by myself… yessss! Been making shopping Errands by myself… yessss! Been making shopping trips to the thrift store to find new pieces for our home. I just now found their sorted book section with so many good devotionals.

My favorite thrift day is Monday — there’s a change in the color of the week (50% off tags) and usually some new finds that came in from over the weekend purges.

Our day exploring the fair. Originally intended to Our day exploring the fair. Originally intended to stay only a couple hours for the fair’s educational walk and activities. Turns out, leaving the fair with 2 littles that are having fun is incredibly hard. 😅

#lacountyfair has one more week of Friday educational tours for K-6th. Free parking, free entry, and access 2 hours before the public to explore the farm learning exhibits & activities. 

We also snagged some free rides for reading books! 🥰 📚

It’s true, there are better alternatives to the It’s true, there are better alternatives to the traditional glucola drink used for gestational diabetes testing! The Fresh Test gives the same results with cleaner ingredients, including no synthetic dyes and artificial flavoring. 

Third time around and still seeing some wonky blood sugar numbers come in here and there. Those wonky numbers are managed with nutrition and daily monitoring this pregnancy (and last).

This is how i teach my toddler how to paint. A cou This is how i teach my toddler how to paint. A couple simple tools for him to be able to participate in our art activities. I also buckle him in to his booster seat at the table to keep him from taking his art elsewhere. 

These ideas are great for toddlers you need to keep busy on your homeschool days. Little homeschool siblings love to be included too!

Arrange the flowers in your thrifted find and gift with a card! So much cheaper than a flower shop arrangement and more personal than just flowers in plastic.
