Ice Cream Cone Handprint Crafts are a simple fun craft you can do at home with your kids this summer. This July we used Ice Cream as the theme for our unit study. My preschooler who is 4, loved daily lessons and talk exploring ice cream during our morning time. One of the simplest crafts we did was this ice cream cone Bible verse hand print craft.

You can easily download the template here in a single download or download the entire Ice Cream Bible Verse activity pack here with other great learning activities you can do!

Ice Cream Handprint with Washable Paint
Simply print the template or use a blank piece of white card stock paper for your craft. You can use traditional ice cream colors like pink for strawberry or brown for chocolate. You can also create your own silly flavor combination by combining different colors of paint on your handprint.
Paint your hand and stamp the paint on the page with the fingers pointing down and palm facing the top of the page.
When the paint is dry, you can leave it as is and hang up your ice cream bible verse craft or you can decorate it further. Glitter, sequins, pom-poms, and cut up pieces of yarn are all great to glue on to the paper.

Ice Cream Learning With Books
Don’t forget to take your learning a step further and incorporate picture books to read with your child. You can visit your local library to see what they have to borrow or download a list with the Ice Cream Bible Verse Activity Bundle here on Etsy. I love incorporating picture books in to our morning time and evening read aloud routine. Picture books offer children an opportunity to explore new ideas and often times you can find other subject sprinkled amongst the pages of picture books, like history, etiquette, and real life skills.
