Oh. Em. Gee!! It has been so long since I have overnight oats because every recipe I have ever found has greek yogurt in it. So Delicious brand makes a coconut milk yogurt! I know, right?!!? I was so excited when I found coconut milk yogurt. I used to love yogurt before discovering I had a full blown allergy to dairy. So Delicious is here to save the day! 

This pumpkin spice latte overnight oats recipe is super delicious and the perfect wake me up for the morning. The flavors are still sweet, but not overpowering. I love the rich flavor of the coffee mixed with the raw pumpkin seeds and cranberries. 

PSL dairy free overnight oats I especially love overnight oats because you can make them ahead. Making a batch of overnight oats eliminates an extra step in the morning and you can usually get the batch to last a day or two.
