Fall is here and eating healthy isn’t always on our to-do list from here through the next 90 days, right? That’s okay! This year I am determined to change things! 

This Holiday Season we will stand up against the Holiday bulge and enjoy delicious foods that are delicious and full of festive, holiday flavors. 

This smoked pumpkin vinaigrette is tangy and has a hint of smokey, bacon flavor. Olive oil and pumpkin seeds not only add a ton of flavor, they are both a healthy, unsaturated fats. Both great for heart health!

Pumpkin seeds improve memory and reduce inflammation. While pumpkin is full of fiber, vitamins A, E, and C, and folate, great for those of us dreaming of little ones in the near future. 

This dressing is delicious with fresh spinach, a few dried cranberries, tomato, and chicken breast. Quick and so simple to make, it is a great way to continue the pumpkin, fall celebration!
